city 1.3s / 1.5e or civic 1.8 or altis 1.6E

unlike Altis na bago ang looks.

guys, i'm helping my niece to decide but stuck b/w 1.5 city vs. 1.8S civic both a/t. last price from dealer was 986k for the civic incl.registration. car plan po ng company nila kaya wala ng CM + in-house insurance nila.
kung kayo ang pipili, pwede na ba ito?
