to add to his katangahan...he doesn't even know that it doesn't do much good to obscure one or even two characters of your plate number.
if i were the LTO and i wanted to find a silver honda civic with plate no. WS* 593, then i wouldn't have to look through too many registrations to narrow down a list of cars matching the description. then, if i found more than one silver civic, then i would just have to find one with the sticker on the plate :hihihi:

If I had a sticker and I wanted to obscure my license plate, I'd put it on the last digit, para iwas coding.

baka security plate ng taga-LTO?
wala bang markings na "for office use also"?
hindi na office hours pero ginagamit pa rin.
