Obviously. But when you have two enforcers manning the traffic, one signals you to stop and the other signals you to go you will be a little bit confused. Dont you think so sir?

The fail safe practice is to follow the traffic lights then observe the enforcer's signs.

That said, I normally encounter the annoying override of the traffic lights by the enforcer along the ortigas and santolan intersection. I just beep my horn to exhibit my irritation especially when they do it just to accommodate the convoy of government officials.

from what i understand, the human will be allowed to overrule the traffic light only in exceptional cases. and only to keep the intersection open. not to favor someones.
this is to prevent them from doing what you are complaining about.
the traffic light is an idiot robot, and therefore incapable of bias. the human is sometimes ... very capable of bias.

Tama! And robots are programmed to do their jobs by humans, has no bias, and follows logic. Unlike some TE who are bias, and has no logic.

Who to follow? The enforcer or the traffic lights?
