Where's the police? As usual, either sleeping in their Patrol cars or hiding out together. Im not talking about the QCPD per se but for most police and traffic enforcement personnel. I get irritated when i see them hanging out together like a pack waiting to pounce on the next delivery truck or sitting idly in their vehicles in some commercial area. What happened to patrolling your beat? They're supposed to be on the go and walking or driving around, enforcing safety and security, not waiting for the concern to come to them at their feet.
