The nice way to do it would be to leave a "Dear Mr. A**, don't be a dick when you drive" letter taped to his gate or something.

Throwing your house trash in his compound and blocking his gate might work. That's how some of my neighbors here dealt with another neighbor who's teen kept doing 40mph in our 25mph zone.

Even my uncle wasn't immune to taking revenge. A pickup truck cut him off one day causing him to veer and to almost hit a light post. His Highway Patrol neighbor found out the driver lived nearby. My uncle decided to leave a bag of used baby diapers in the truck bed. Those plastic diapers don't last long in the hot Nevada sun. Nasty!
