Ah, Citibank ... my faaaavorite bank.

Yes! At ang mga agents napaka sungit umpisa pa lang ng call mo pag kuha palang ng 16 digit number mo susungitan ka na. Don't ever apply for a credit card sa Citi. Disappointing ang service!!!

sa bpi lousy na din ang customer service. mamumuti mata mo sa kakahintay may sumagot sa call center nila

I have been a long time Citibank credit card user and so far I have no issues with them. Service has been great.
Btw, when you call the hotline, you have to enter the card no. via an IVR.

My wife is also a long time credit card user under Citibank and had no problems having her annual fees waived. On the other hand, I had mine for a couple of years and had it cancelled since they didn't want to waive my annual fee.
