warning basag kotse gang sa libertad mandaluyong area

Just a warning, a lot of parked cars in this area had
been victimized by this gang, actually hindi nila binabasag yung windows...they have this cutting tool that can cut the windows of your car and get important things e.g. laptop etc...I lived in a condo in this area, and madami nang nabibiktima dito...ingat lang po...

Along the vicinity outside of California Gardens...particularly sa kanto ng Calbayog Street. Usually they victimize those who park in front of beauty salons. Just dont leave your valuables inside your car, when you go to this area...

actually, jan mismo sa california garden squares madaming magnanakaw. i have some friends who live there and grabe daw ang nakawan sa loob ng condos. suspetsa nila kasabwat yung mga sekyu.

i've heard stories na may nakawan nangyayari dito sa loob...to think every year nag increase sila ng monthly dues. Medyo lenient nga security dito compared to other condos.

kahit saan naman, lalo na pag hindi secured yung area never ever leave valuables inside your car..

i've been there once once coz a friend lives there.

grabe, napaka overpopulated ng place. hindi mo nga aakalain na talagang gated condo place siya eh. mukha siyang daanan. parang kung sino sino nalang pwede pumasok.

tas when you look at the swimming pool, parang buong baranggay dinala dun. then yung parking for visitors nila .. may bayad pa. amp.

if im not mistaken, 40 yata binayad ko dun ?

sa labas naman, before you reach shaw patagalan rin. :hysterical: sobrang traffic and yep napaka tago ng ibang places dun. no wonder na may nawawalan dun. tas marami pwede labasan eh. crowded din. thats why i never liked mandaluyong, or atleast the vicinity of the said place

Walandyo, pero kung indiscriminately ay tinitira nila ang mga sasakyan, napuwerhisyo ka na rin ng mga m*k*ng na iyan....

Thanks sa heads up TS.

Taga CGS din ako pero tuwing weekends lang ako nauuwi din. Fortunately OK ang security dun sa may tower namin and magbabait yung guards.

Ang problem lang is yung mga taong labas pasok sa mga entry points, one is sa may calbayog (likuran part) and dun sa harap, tama yung sinabi nung iba, kahit sino na lang pwedeng pumasok. Ang dami kasing nagrerent lang ng units kaya ang daming tao rin kaya madami din pasaway.
