my take on this....
yes, the fortuner could have hydroplaned because of slippery roads. it is not the fault of the manufacturer or the tires. the driver of the fortuner should have observed caution in driving because of heavy rains and slippery roads. that's it....

hay buhay...kahit anong gawin kung oras na talaga ay oras na nga...
kahit defensive driver ka at marunong umiwas sa kasalubong at me quick reaction sa sinusundan...tapos ang kabanggaan ay mangagaling sa itaas...
paktay pa rin pag medyo minalas.
isang lesson learned na siguro ito para ayusin (itaas?) ang guard rail ng skyway para hindi na mangyari uli ang ganitong insidente...

tindi ng jeep..buti 1 lang ang patay...kawawa talaga...
alalay lang sa driving pag rainy days, mga ka-tsikot...
kahit ndi umuulan, dapat alalay pa rin..
pakbet na lang yata ang hindi made in china... pati bamboo sticks, fabrique au chin na rin. heh...
