    Hi Friends,

I'm glad that I am accepted to join in this forum. It is my wish to contribute to motoring community the better and safer way to use our roads. From time to time I would like to give some tips to my fellow motorists the rules of the road.

Traffic has rules. What we do on the road does not depend on the courtesy of the drivers. It is based on the rules and rules are established for clear cut guidelines.

See you later on the forum.

    Thanks.

    Zhardan

Good point there. But sometimes the traffic enforcer make the guidelines them self(like beating the yellow light). And the RULES PROTECTORS is the one breaking all the rules!

South superhighway corner buendia, there's always a bunch of yellow boys hanging around underneath the overpass even on sundays and holidays. One of the main milking cows for kotong cops in makati. The traffic scheme is quite confusing with no lines on the ground designating where you should stop, apprehensions occur on a very frequent basis.
muntik na rin ako mahuli dito, 3 times na rin kong tinakbuhan sila. twice nung paliko ako from mayapis going to osmena. eh wala namang no right turn sign on red signal. buti na lang di humarang kasi ang bilis ko umiwas. hehehe

the 3rd one was from osmena going to buendia. minsan kasi pinapatawid nila doon sa 1st stoplight going sa stoplight ng osmena-buendia (sa may riles). pero pag iba ata yung bantay, hulidap ang modus. ginawa ko, biglang liko sa right ng buendia then ikot sa may macro area. hehehe.

Edsa Cor Roxas Blvd. If your coming from Taft Ave. going to MOA direction. IF you take a right turn at Roxas blvd. Maraming mga chocolate boys and MMDA dun and they are waiting to catch you for swerving. And always before you turn right which is in front of Heritage Hotel they are alot of jeepneys and buses stopping to load and unload passengers and syempre you tend to to the middle to make iwas for those buses and jeeps. Nahuli ako and and they said swerving daw ako. I said bakit hindi kyo dun sa mga bus at jeep para huliin na bawal mag load unload and they just let me go.

i just wanna know what's the deal with those yellow uniformed traffic enforcers... and now, im seeing with white uniforms, that is aside from those with yellow ones. Now, the blue guys from the MMDA are still around?

also, if there is no sign such as 'no right turn on red signal' and you turned and apprehended, can you refuse?

Nag Right turn ako from Taft going to Vito Cruz (papuntang Rizal Stadium) Kasi Wala namang sign nang No Right turn...kaso mga 3 meters from the corner nang papasok nang Vito Cruz may gawang No entry sign bwahaha.

    ingat kayo dito.

lastly... since nangyari na ito.. ask ko lang magkano penalty sa one-way violation?

This happened to me before. The one way sign was posted on the WRONG SIDE of the road over 10 feet high and the size of a 'plumber wanted' ad!

We settle for 200pesos...
