Pero kung nag-double park ka behind two short cars and you are still within the bounds of the parking space (e.g. mas maikli pa din ang overall length ng parked car + your width kesa sa isang 'full size' vehicle), then illogical pang i-tow iyan.
Besides, it is not obstructing traffic.

sa mga ganung streets kasi, you should only park on only one side of the road.
peace tayo mga pips. just one to point something out here.

Kiper, the two other cars were parked in the perpendicular easement parking. What the BMW did was park parallel to the road directly behind the said cars(thereby obstructing two other vehicles) but still managing to fit in the intended parking slot without obstructing the road or the flow of traffic.
Parang ganito ----> I= where "I" is the BMW and "=" were the other cars.

Parang dun kasi sa paliwanag, hindi naman sa mismong daan naka-park yung BMW kasi it was not obstructing the flow of traffic.
Malamang, nakasagad siya dun sa dalawang naka-park na sasakyan like how we do it here at UST sometimes.
In theory bawal. Pero if you manage to fit within the remaining space of the two parking slots (dahil width ang factor at hindi length). Then you should be ok.

I=I
I -- 1 meter allowance for pedestrian.
= -- parking for cars.
Last edited by kiper; March 20th, 2004 at 04:13 PM.

They can perpendicularly park in parallel parking spaces. Ito naman ay dahil ang length nila ay equivalent lang sa width of some other vehicles.
