last friday as i am on my way home, along SLEX, these two AJU GLOBAL tourist buses, with plate numbers TYH 156 and TWP 830,with korean tourists, have 4 police motorcycle escorts with plate nos SJ 7429, SE 7697, and two unidentified plates because they have black tint cover

It's very frustrating to see that these f****ng policemans acts like they are escorting VIP's and using blinkers and sirens to let other motorists go out of their way.

    hope they find their match

OT : di ba bawal na ang dark tint sa plate no???? sana nakuhanan mo ng picture..

Maya-maya nag-right turn sa Rustan's Magallanes, magra-right turn na lang ang tulin pa ng takbo! Note: BUS un ha? Hindi Sedan... mga 80 na ko nun at kayang-kaya niya akong banggain sa likod kung di sya lumiko.

D*ng.. and to think "tourist" bus 'to. What a way to endorse the Philippines to "tourists". Tsktsk

Asked my business law professor back in college about the legality of V.I.P. (or P.I.G.? ) convoys. He said, our constitution states that only the President and V.P. are allowed by law to have police escorts (hawi boys) provided they specify the route they're taking so that local police will be notified to help out the convoy. He said, this was written by authors of the constitution so as not to inconvenience the citizens of our land, i.e. to re-schedule their trip or take alternative routes. So that means, he said that, NOBODY else in our society are allowed to have police convoys.

But the law is so flexible that the word only cannot be literally and strictly applied to everybody except the mentioned parties. tsktsk

Yeah, problem with us is that if you have money and power, the law becomes a mere suggestion.
