nung umuulan dito sa rotonda ng monumento-edsa, may magka-angkas na sumemplang. yung mga gunggong na tumulong na naka motor biglang huminto at binalagbag yung mga motor sa gitna ng kalsada para tulungan yung sumemplang. estupido!

sayang hindi nakatapat ng jeep na walang preno na aararo sa mga motor nila.

asar nga ako dahil biglang napinahan ko yung unang ungas na tutulong. nagulat ako hihinto pala.

actually, that's the main purpose/reason. If someone goes down (kumalat), whether it's a collision or self-inflicted accident (driving like an asshole), some riders make a stop to "protect' the one involved in the accident, lalo na kung nakahiga pa sa kalsada yung tao. Para kung sakali man na may ibang sasakyan- kotse, jeep or bus man yan, yung mga motor na nakabalagbag ang unang tatamaan (mababangga). But for riders to stop abruptly is too dangerous for other motorists. Usually din, pag may ganyan, mas madami yung tumitigil pag uwian nangyari ang aksidente.

May nakita ako nung sunday sa taguig going to C5 merong nakalawit sa gilid nung stock rims nung vios na taxi at mahaba yung nakalawit parang pangtaboy cguro sa mga mahilig dumikit sa kanya..

Guard dies in Manila motorcycle mishap | ABS-CBN News

MANILA – A security guard died in a motorcycle accident in Manila before midnight Sunday.

Witnesses said security guard Arnel Batalla tried to beat the red light at the intersection of Osmeña Highway and Zobel Roxas Street but ended up colliding with a bicycle.

Batalla sustained a severe head injury, causing his immediate death. Rescue personnel said Batalla was not wearing a helmet when the accident occurred.

The bicycle rider, identified as Cesar Ramos, sustained minor injuries and was rushed to the hospital for treatment. – report from Francis Faulve, ABS-CBN News

Ang pagsusuot ng helmet ay para sa safety ng mc rider, it does not help sa mababanga nila, kaya kung meron man mc rider na maaksidente at matuluyan mapunta sa morgue choice nila yun. Ang dapat bigyan ng panga-unawa ay ung napeperwisyo ng mc riders na walang respeto sa kapwa.

Nearly was into an accident last Saturday afternoon......

It was raining lightly; the road was wet; I was driving the GS, and was side by side with another GS (to my left), on the side road of C5 going to the East Service Road.... We were not moving for about a minute...

When the vehicles in front started moving, I did not, as I looked at my left and right sidemirrors.... Lo and behold,- there was a motorbike that was swaying/sliding and was attempting to pass between the 2 GSs (ours and the one beside me)... It hit the side of the other vehicle and luckily went pass our ride, and hit the passenger jeepney in front of the other GS and fell on the ground... The motorbiker looked unhurt and sat down either to ask for pity/sympathy or was really dazed...

I told my wife earlier on, that if a wayward motorbike fell in front,- I would get off the vehicle and clap on his "performance",- but this time I did not have the appetite for that. Maybe it was because I would cause traffic and earn the ire of the other motorists. Or, maybe because I pity the motorbiker.. (I have doubts that he was hurt- I think he was just catching his breath)... Help was on its way as the TE was running towards the scene of the accident....

So, I drove past him......

May big bike akong nakasabay sa service road nung naabutan ko dahil red ang traffic light sa intersection ng north gate habang nagaantay rev ng rev si big bike mukhang bibitaw pag nag green na..Ako naman turn left ang daan ko papunta festival mall. Nung nag green na may humabol na starex at kotse ayun hindi naka hataw.hahahah. Ako naman nag left turn na ako.hhahaa.
Yung plate cover pa niya tad tad yung gilid ng plate cover na LED lights.
Bilib na sana ako kay big bike kaso mukhang napahiya dahil sa may humabol na sasakyan eh.hahaha.

malamang patumba na talaga sya, and nung tumapat sya sa pagitan ng GS, wala na sya space (room) to countersteer his mc. Tutumba talaga sya- poor riding skills. naka-armor ba or just the minimum helmet safety gear? iniinda nya yung sakit sa katawan nun. Yung matisod ka nga lang at madapa , sakit na nun, lalo na kung magasgas ang balat mo- yun pa kaya matumba sa motor. They'll learn the hard way- pasalamat sya nakaupo sya at buhay pa..
