    Mali pa yung DTI permit halatang peke The DTI permit should indicate from which region the raffle is being drawn....

    Good rule of thumb: Don't believe you've won anything, especially if you haven't joined any raffle or contest ----> more so if the only way you've been contacted is via SMS.

    One week ago naka-receive din anak ko ng ganyang text, same amount, di ko lang maalala name pero research namin internet meron talagang ganung name sa government agency and same instruction, tawagan daw sya. Textbak na lang ako sabi ko balato ko na sa kanya yung price, then delete kona baka maisipan pa ng mga anak ko na tawagan. Sarap......
