This is a daily scene here at a Quezon Avenue U-turn slot after Roces Ave.

    1. Ginagawang tawiran itong u-turn slot. Akala pedestrain lane yung lane dividers.
    2. Ginagawang jeepney stop itong u-turn barriers

Etong dalwang magaling, sasakay pa lang ng jeepney. Yung dalawang naka-bicycle tatawid

. And to think that this is an inclined avenue and vehicles are picking up speed.

    3. Ginagawang waiting station ng mga Yellow Boys. Waiting for what?
Nag-text si Fat Boy,"Padating na ba yung caro ng St. Peter? Haharangan ko na itong u-turn slot kasi"

    Walang disciplina talaga.

Actually you not need go far. When you enter Subic, you see people being more observant of the rules.

There is a blatant disregard for these laws because there is no demerit system in place for normal, non-driving civilians.

Implement such a system, coupled with a new curriculum in education about the appropriate street/road behavior and etiquette, then MAYBE things will change.

But considering the Philippine track record on enforcement, I may be hoping too much...

On another note, the curfew on minors have long since been forgotten. You see street kids near squatter colonies running around in the middle of the road, causing mischief when night falls. Some even in front of the barangay hall. FAIL.
