I apologize for my attitude of being happy for the activity that I got into, it was my first time. My bad. I'm sure any TV investigation team can get a scoop out of this. So go ahead, make a report now. Again, so sorry for the attitude. My conscience is bothering me.

ok lang sana yan if all the vehicles being "registered" this way are roadworthy. kaya lang paano kung lahat na lang pwedeng lumusot? imagine seeing dilapidated vehicles on the road. health and safety hazzard pa yan.

i just finished registering the car i drive at lto las pinas and i finished everything in 45 minutes. i didn't use any fixers nor negotiators. ok naman ang pamamalakad nila. wala nang hassle tapos honest pa yung nasa cashier kasi di ko alam na nasobrahan ng P500 ang nabigay kong pera at binalik naman kaagad

I did my own registration for my car for up to 8 years. Every year, I always see the improvements in LTO. At first, half day ang registration ng kotse ko sabay ang haba haba ng pila. The last time I did register, didn't take me more than an hour and that includes the emission testing. Now since company car na drive ko, they are the ones to do the registration. No hassle na talaga. Basta dadating na lang ang stickers.
Same for renewing license, dati ang tagal tagal tagal, then you have to go back after 90 days. Ngayon, la pang 1 hour, renewed na license mo and you can do this at any LTO office.
Sure, there is still room for improvements but over the years, the LTO really has changed. So for those of you who keeps on ranting na walang magandang nangyayari sa gobyerno, take a look at the LTO.
Choice I would have made as well.
