Kahit ano pa nangyari dyan. its still responsibility ng magulang or ng giardian na bantayan yung bata. Sayang at umabot pa sa ganyan. If nakita na pala na may parang bumu bully sana nga pinaahon na lang or hindi iniwan.

The parents shouldn't try to pin this on the bully kid. It's their responsibility to watch over their kid.

Lifeguards are optional for pools in condos. Condos would definitely have non-liability clauses in their house rules and also some sort of sign saying all kids should be under adult supervision at all times.

Nobody to blame but the parent/guardian.

I hope the bully kid's name gets revealed para mabantayan ng society. Nakakatakot ang ganitong bata. What kind of parents does he have for him to think it's okay to hurt and murder other children?

Apparently, the kid was "borrowed" by the cousin who took him to the pool.

They should sue the security agency and all those manning the operations at that time for obstruction of justice to ferret out who really did the tampering of the security video.
