The STRADCOM facility is privately controlled. Dunno if they rent the land inside the LTO compound. They promised to be up and running by 1:30pm. STRADCOM IT people will operate but will be under the supervision of LTO-DOTC inside the facility. Kudos to Sec. Ping de Jesus for resolving the crises quickly. Palpak yung LTO head Torres...
