    The first batch of Rizal plates were the fade prone ones (mga 2003-2004).

    Tinted plate covers are just plain BS and those driving such vehicles should be shot on sight. I use a plate cover (tempered glass) on our cars but these are the clear ones.

    1. coding.
    2. hiding his identity from the missus.. (a.k.a. sudden turn into the motel or other place of questionable pulchritude).

    heh heh.

    Regarding #2 that's not a problem for men who frequent Pegasus, if you notice the cars parked there have newspapers on their plate numbers.

    ---

    Going back to the topic, I've been seeing them lately. One is an orange Jazz, another is a 10th gen Altis, and just recently (about 2-3 weeks ago) this AE111 Corolla....

    Taken * Araneta Center

    It's morning, at kahit magbright ako, I could hardly see the plates. Meron kung meron, pero hinde mabasa. Pano pa kaya kung gabi.

    On a related note, i've been sighting a E60/E61 530d BMW running on EDSA with only his EU plates at the rear. Lumipat nalang kaya siya sa Germany no?

    ay, tinted pala ang plate? kaya pala may nakita ako naka park dito na walang plate, tinted pala. I will look more closely. Could be also 1 reason para iwas sa number coding aside from 'pampapogi'?

    Hindi ko pa yan nakikita, Vinj. Yung 1-series naman, hindi ko na rin nakikita lately.

    Mukhang marami kang sightings na naka-EU plate only ha.

    Mas masarap daw mag-happy time sa loob ng sarili mong sasakyan. Kaya nga bumili ng Starex, pang-happy time.. hinde pampamilya. Hahaha!

    Mine is clear sheet glass, I use it not for style but to prevent street kids from tearing off my LTO stickers. Years ago, I went into a store to buy stuff, when I came back, a couple of street kids were tearing off my LTO stickers.;
