I had the unfortunate experience of having my car's windshied shattered by gravel falling off from an uncovered dump truck. I took the plate number of the truck and reported it at the carmona exit. What is disappointing is that the PNCC personnel did nothing and just said "malas ka". I was really hoping that the guy will radio and stop the truck to have its cargo covered so that other motorists will not get into the same situation.

Ako nga eh sina ko sa rin sa isang PNCC personnel yung kaharap ko na walang tail light at bulag pa ang headlight. Tumango lang. B*llsyet! Nagmukha pa akong t*nga.

tapos kung talagang minamalas ka pa, ikaw pa huhulihin nyang mga yan lalo na sa may alabang exit NB ... swerving?! shet sila!

Talagang ganyan dito sa Pinas. Subset lang yan ng klase ng gobyeno natin na ang galing mangikil ng kung anu-anong buwis, puro wala namang silbi ang pinasusuweldo at pinagkakagastusan. :x

sanayan lang yan peeps. araw araw ko nang nakikita yang mga hinayupak na yan. wsa400, buti di malala accident mo. sa umaga lang aktibo yang mga hinayupak na yan, pag gabi retired na sila. not all pncc are this terrible though. same thing happened (quite..) last sunday. may pepsi trailer na nag-loose ang harness, laglagan mga pepsi blue and ibang case na may glass bottles.. di namalayan ng driver kaya derederecho lang siya. there were pncc officers na rin on the scene to manage the traffic. pag dating namin alabang exit nakita namin yung truck pinara ng isa pang officer na stationed dun. conclusion, di lahat ng hinayupak ay hinayupak pero hinayupak ang skyway corp for the terrible toll fees. :evil:

Ganyan talaga yung mga yun. Yung friend namin na foreigner, binabaan ng "harang" sa toll booth after he paid and nag green yung light. May tama yung windshield niya tapos siya pa pinapabayad para sa nasirang "harang".

total wreck civic ng cousin ko kasi a big box of styro (for fish) appeared/flew from nowhere sa skyway.....bunggo sa concrete wall.....tapos demanda pa sya dahil nabasag daw yung concrete.....

papatalo ba naman kami....file din kami complaint sa administration with a threat of lawsuit kasi there should be no "debris"...etc...etc...sa skyway.....

tumahimik na lang cla.....apology from them??? WALA!!!!!!

ganyan din nangyari sakin wayback may nalalag na debri sa ilalim ng sky way sa may papuntang c5, nireport namin to when we reach the nichols toll, yun yung mga gago nakatingin lang and sabi la raw sila magagawa dun.:evil:
