March 2nd, 2010 03:18 AM #21I work in moa (not for sm but in moa complex) and this is the first time I've heard of someone handing out tickets here, eto ba yung mga naka blue na uniform with motorbikes? The barriers may have been there because of the fireworks program during sunday, they put up the barriers saturday night-sunday morning. Usually SM has security guards or barriers for the entry to one way roads.
I just hope nde personal account yung pinag deposit mo na Metrobank account.

March 5th, 2010 03:50 AM #24Basts RULE NO. 1: DO NOT SURRENDER YOUR LICENCE.
Argue all you want with knowledge, use English. Make them cite laws. Mauubusan mga yun and they will try to say: Pakita na lang yung licence mo, but dont give in. Once you do, sa korte na yung usapan.

Nakapagtataka na given yun 2,000 fine and 10% commission ng traffic officer, bakit hindi hinuhuli yun mga nag cocounter flow dito sa binondo. Medyo weird nga yun batas ng MOA kung wala naman one way sign.
IIRC they're with AVID. The reported numbers in the TG article are from CAMPI.
