this is one of the very very few times naka respond agad ang mga police. congratulations to the apprehending mobile patrol at tinuluyan pa nila, for sure nakipag areglo yung mag amang kupal dahil mukhang mayaman at lawyer pa.
Paano kaya nareport sa qc police.... may passerby tumawag sa 117 or nakasalubong yung mobile at ni report ang incident at plate number???

Ngayon dapat talaga kahit nasa right of way tayo, try our best na umiwas nalang sa mga ganyan klaseng drivers, I know how hard that is for us, pero I myself am trying my best na pabayaan nalang.

tanong lang lalo na sa nakaka alam...halimbawa lang meron pang PTC a gun, then nagnyari ito...nalagay ka sa pahamak...ano magiging kaso mo kapag nabaril mo yung mag ama sa place of incident after ka nilang pagtulungan?
it will depend on who iniated the scuffle. if you did not initiate it then it could be self defense lang. however if you iniated it even if they were the first one to hit you, you would still find yourself liable. why? since knowing that you are carrying a deadly weapon you should have avoided the scuffle in the first place since you have the capacity to make the scuffle into a deadly encounter. carrying a licensed gun does not necessarily free you from legal liability even in case of a self defense. you should be able to prove that you AVOIDED the scuffle and did not iniated it, only then will you be free of legal liabilities.

Resourceful Col. Julian Malonso, who got hold of a copy of the police report filed by two-time Olympian Tony Genato at the Galas precinct, read out some of the vital data in the document.

To start with, the road incident where Genato was beaten up by a father-son tandem, happened last Sept. 27, and not Oct. 4, Malonzo clarified.

"Sabi nung mga tao dun sa presinto, dumating daw si Tony half-naked dahil pinagpunit-punit nung mag-amang bumugbog sa kanya ang kanyang damit. Hindi rin daw magalaw ang mga daliri dahil hinawakan pala nung anak ang mga kamay niya habang sinusuntok siya ng tatay, para hindi siya makaganti," Malonzo, a former POC president, related.

The case is now in court
