Dreams can come true, start with yourself. For me, I don't change to the opposite lane, nor do I take the shoulder lanes, kahit congested ang traffic. I don't beat red lights and stay clear off of bus lanes. I give way pag biglang nag merge ang road, but I always still assert my rights. Rather than contribute to the cause of traffic congestion, I simply chose to do otherwise.

When everybody gives up and chose to do the wrong thing, wala talaga mangyayari. Then, your only option is to sing "dream"....

unless im very much mistaken, international rule of the road naman yung turn right (or left for RHD countries) on red with care, and yield to other cars with the right of way.

coming from herrera, i always turn right on red on ayala, never naman ako sinita ng police.

yep. yun nga alam ko e. kaso ilang beses na din ako na dale sa makati. laking hassle din kasi, kukunin pa yung license mo ng mga makati boys.. kaya just to be on the safe side, turn right on green lang talaga ako sa area na yan.

For me, the No Right on Red rule is stupid. It should always be anytime with caution. Perhaps it's implemented to make business boom for the scalawags.

depende sa road actually, may mga roads na di feasable ang right turn anytime dahil sa merging traffic, especially on intersections na pwedeng Uturn yung perpendicular lane.

ang red signal light ba na pinaguusapan dito e yung separate red signal light for right turning vehicles? understood yun, pag may red signal light then it's "no right turn on red". ganun din pag may left turn signal light, "no left turn on red". pag walang red signal light, whether right turn or left turn then that means "yield", or go when clear and stop when there is oncoming traffic. also, and this you should remember, on "yield" the other traffic (coming from the left when turning right or coming from in front when turning left) has always the right of way and you don't.

dapat talaga "Anytime with care" pero if wlang post na ganun at pinara ka ibang usapan nayan.
