Pulis: O sir, paano ba to, reckless driving kayo?

Ako: Oo nga sir, may kasalanan talaga ako dun...

There is no break.... and if you want to turn right into Ayala avenue, you have to cross the yellow line. I was caught here twice and I basically said :" Bossing hindi naman ako nag swerve. Patungo ho ako sa Ayala Avenue at talagang walang paraan for me to go right without crossing the yellow line. "

They let me go but it still irks me that they are looking for ways to catch motorists this way. Arent they ever going to fix this?
Yes, that area also quirks me. There is no break before the island... Shouldnt this be featured in XXX, Correspondents, or something?

Nung pumunta ako ng san miguel natatandaan ko na three lanes yon before crossing the ortigas/edsa intersection. Yung rightmost yung yellow lane.

    FYI there is a break..
just stay OUT of the yellow line until you will see a divider...
its not very well- marked but you WILL see it. you will have about 2 or 3 cars length to veer right. the divide is marked with 2 solid white lines (about 2 cars length). its not easily observed for the 1st time but u know how things are here in the phils..

also, the enforcer mentioned above should point to the right way of doing it, and not just letting things past (with or w/o intention of bribery)

Yeah, the problem with the divider in some portions is that they appear right after an upward slope of the road, kaya you dont see them until they're really really near you, then our view is often obstructed by large buses and other cars pa
