    Looks like the system will only spawn more carnappings and turn more of our policemen and military personnel to be less mindful of their "protect and serve" and have a mindset of "profit and sell".

    There must be a law against participation of government officials from such auctions. On the other hand, we can just forget it and live and let live.

    The "R" plates are for Central Luzon (dati "C" sila).

    IMO, recovered vehicles that have already been settled by the insurance company should either be totally destroyed or surrendered to the Insurance Company.

    yung mga pulis nga eh...ganyan ang ginagawa.

    nka-carnapped, na-recoverd, dala sa crame, imbak, then auctions/bidding, benta ng mga nkabili sa consumers ulit!

    so, therfore me possibility na makuha mo ulit yung na carnapped na car mo -- assuming same model ng car and color ang bibilhin mo on the second time around.
