i agree. just a while ago, i saw this silver altis with an a1 driving school signage hung at the rear bumper in Makati Ave. just across the Buendia. i was about to change my lane, with my signal lights on (the schooling driver is at my right), i'm cruising safely and keeping distance when i saw this altis that has a signage "student driver" suddenly rushing in as if to box my rear end. grabe, napwersa tuloy akong kumat kasi yung nasa harap ko biglang nagpreno. i didn't meant to do that kaya lang, wala na nandun na. alanganin kasi talaga. what with them? i understand they are in the process of learning, pero di ba may instructor yun na may sariling brake pedal?

kung sabagay. ako i consider myself a "tree-shade driving instructor" on my free time. ako ang instructor ng mga friends saka relatives ko sa pagda-drive. pasa-Diyos na nga lang ang ginagawa ko. but then, sa lahat ng students ko, eto ang sinasabi ko: nasa sa iyo ang kontrol ng sasakyan. bahala ka na kung ibabangga mo..." so far wala pa naman akong kilala sa mga tinuruan ko na naaksidente dahil sa tinuturuan ko mag-drive...

Basta may student driver na sign sa likod iwasan nyo yun. How can you blame the student drivers or even the instructor when the car is not really made for learning. Yun nakita ko kasi sa TV yun mga instructor may steering wheel and pedals din, dito ang safety precaution nila e yun handbrake lang!!! So madaming mali talaga. Iwasan na lang sila kung maaari.

"Epifanio de los Santos Avenue (EDSA) is the main highway in Metro Manila, Philippines." source: wikipedia
highway sya - formerly known as Highway 54.
anyway, mapahighway or kung saan man. ingat nalang palagi para makaiwas bumangga sa unahan. treat everyone as noob sa pagdadrive kaya ingat and just practice defensive driving. Yan rin naman tinuro ng mga driving schools (sana). dahil kung di student driver yan, aawayin mo kaya sya?
again take care of yourself and each other!
