pwde n ba mag drive kahit OR lng hawak?

guys ask ko lng opinion nyo,i'm a newbie here,bago pa lng ako natuto mag drive,what i have is only a student license,plano ko sya ipa-non pro na,ask ko lng just in case hndi ko nakuha agad yung card (non pro)pwde na kaya ako mag-drive kahit ung OR lang ang dala ko?sorry 4 the ignorance....tnx & mabuhay kayo!!

yup, considered as temporary lisence na ang OR mo. nakaindicate naman sa OR mo yan, sa may bandang upper left.

Kukunin nung traffic officer yung OR mo (which serves as the temporary license) then he'll issue you a traffic citation ticket (TCT) or whatever na tawag nila dito tapos tutubusin mo OR mo by paying the corresponding fine / penalty saka ibabalik yung OR mo.
