is it possible to verify license details from LTO?
i'm asking because yung hinahabol naming party is very mule-headed and walang balak magcooperate.
here are the details of the driver:
Barcelon, Carmelo Palacio.
Driver's license # D16-04-298406.
***other details like address intentionally left out***
pwede kaya printout from LTO na certification that the details of said license are correct?
i didn't wanna post dun sa long-winded rant thread ko, though mejo related siya dun, since this is applicable to others din naman, not just to the other thread.
thanks in advance.

yup, i think they can. pero tingin ko sa central office (east avenue) pwedeng gawin yan.
but i really don't know about their requirements (e.g. bakit mo kailangang mag verify ng license info ng isang tao...)

kasi the other party isn't cooperating by intentionally withholding the papers we need para maasikaso na yung insurance.
sasabihin nila nasa cavite yung driver, etc. etc. ilang beses na namin dinadaanan, sasabihin nila complete na papers yadda yadda yadda pero when we drop by, super kulang. as in, or/cr lang, walang driver's license, walang policy etc. gah. anlayo pa naman nila, sa antipolo, eh ako naman qc and friend ko (na ako naglalakad or kami both) is from paranaque naman.

yes, considered public document and license..
why not inquire muna sa LTO kung ano kailangan? tingin ko, baka notarized letter lang yan o a letter from a lawyer ang kailangan.
