    I am only 10 minutes away from Toyota Quezon Avenue but i opted to go to Toyota Shaw which is 45 minutes away or Toyota Otis which is 30 minutes away for regular pm.
    I had a bad experience with my 1st 1000 km which left my car with clearcoat overspray near the gas tank area. I had Toyota Shaw remedy it without charge.
    I had to go to Toyota Quezon Avenue around October of last year since I had a Check Engine Indicator light on. That was caused by mice biting part of wiring. From what I observed, Toyota Quezon Avenue does have good Service Advisors but the management of the service section isn't that good. I don't see the service manager supervising any of the SA's which leads to inconsistent service. In Otis, I get to see the service manager making the rounds and i could actually talk to him directly.
    I had a bad experience with a lazy SA in Otis who went on lunch around 1145am which left me in a foul mood since i told him about my problem (loose thread on one stud) before i had the car for servicing. The service manager saw me and took charge of the situation. I was able to leave at 1230. I still am pissed off at the SA whenever i go to Otis but i will still go there as the service manager is competent.

    Hi guys, 1st time poster here in need of help, i know this is already a very old thread but i was wondering if any of you have the email of people whom i can complain about mga hocus pocus activities inside TQA? kalokohan yung chinacharge samin na 140k for a mere medyo lumalakas motor oil consumption. nakausap ko na yung service tech sa loob pati supervisor all the way up to their service manager and wala di nila ma justify, kailangan lang daw talaga, crappy answer.

    Sa akin, 1st PMS lang ibinalik sa casa, then sa 2nd PMS ko just this June 2009, sa Gas Station nalang ang next PMS. Why? Come on, you don't believe those casa na sinasabi nila na ginagawa nila yung "routine check sa PMS" (check tire pressures, bolts etc) ang alam lang talaga din nila eh mag-change oil tapos hindi ka pa sure kung tama ang oil grade na ipinapalagay mo.

    Sa trusted mechanic ko sa Caltex, at least nakikita ko yung paggawa niya and I'm quite confident about the quality of work. Kumbaga sure kang walang magic na ginagawa sa auto mo. Mahirap kasi sa pinoy sa casa umaasa madalas kahit madaming palpak umaasa na sa kanila eh hindi mangyari ang mga masamang nangyari sa iba.

    Kung sabagay "free labor" kasi ang hinahabol ng iba and of course "casa maintained" daw hehe.

    Haaay naku, TQA ba kamo?

    May MAGIC talaga sa TQA. I went there for a PMS, and an employee (Hindi ko maalala yung name) asked me kung cash ang ibabayad, kapag cash ang ibabayad mo bawas ng almost 50% from the actual prices na nakapost dun sa malaking board nila, yun nga lang sa kanya mo iaabot yung pera.

    Naku-naku naman TQA.

    Eto pa. car wash daw? asa naman, pagtingin ko andun pa yung alikabok na kaya naman tanggalin ng daliri ko lang.

    Sana man lang gawan ng aksyon ng Toyota to, sila rin kasi ang masisira eh (sira na ata eh), mahal na nga ang bayad palpak pa ang serbisyo. Dapat patunayan nila sa customers nila kung bakit mas mahal ang bayad nila compared to other auto-shops by giving BETTER and GOOD QUALITY SERVICE (dapat pa nga excellent), hindi yung MAGIC SERVICE.

    hayyy naku! buti na lang hindi ko ne-experience yung mga ganitong cases. (kase i dont have a brand new car) although second hand car but its worth the money naman sya. maybe its because regular ang check ups and well maintained sa shop na pinagpapagawaan ko.

    yung gumagawa ng tint nila... hindi po sa toyota quezon avenue yun...

    sa winterpine po yun... kaloko mga tao dun... yung radio ko... na kasama sa sasakyan.. palpak pabalikbalik ako... alam ng tao nila may problema system ko... sabi ko.. sige ayusin niyo.. malapit lang naman ako ok lang pabalikbalik... basta pag wala na sa warranty alam niyo problema ng kinabit niyo ayusin niyo uli.. nawawala wala kasi yung problema... oo ng oo dami pangako... pero nung wala na sa warranty.. lagpas lang ng 1 week... wala na.. ipagawa ko nalang daw sa iba....

    pano ba naman kasi.. bnew yung unit ko pero mga piyesa pag nagpapalit sila mga luma mga lamog na itsura.. duda ko mga narepair lang na sinoli din ng customers.. nireklamo ko yun.. sabi ko kabago bago ng sasakyan ko papalitan niyo luma dahil sira.. sabi ganun lang daw talaga policy...

    ayos kayo winterpine!!!
