March 14th, 2008 09:10 PM #12It depends on where you pass.
If you pass through EDSA, the bus would take #1 spot.
If you pass through a non-bus road like P. Tuazon starting from Ali-Mall all the way to Katipunan --- the Shitneys...este..Jeepneys would take #1 spot.
If you pass through Ortigas... oh boy -- all of the above! Jeepneys and those damned GLiners.

NONE OF THE ABOVE!
nothing beats the TRICYCLEs and those UB/riders na walang disiplina/harabas magpatakbo...
so therefore, i CANNOT cast my vote here :belat2:

Yup, tricycles, pedicabs, kalesas, delivery motorcycles and vans, container vans can be added to the list. It has been an irritating/ frustrating experience to be driving alongside these vehicles for my past 20 years of driving. We all would agree that they lack discipline and proper training/ lessons on road courtesies and traffic rules... and yet LTO horribly gave them licenses to drive. Totally opposite to some of us who were lucky enough who took driving lessons, not to mention being owners of hard earned cars as we tend to drive responsibly, if not all.
My questions -
Would it be possible for LTO to give free and required seminars and even exams to existing public transport drivers to determine if they are indeed fit to own a license? Is there no other way for these annoying motorists to change their driving habits for the better?
Would implementing stiff penalties to traffic violators solve the problem?
If there is nothing to be done to solve this, then I guess we will be experiencing these annoyances on a daily basis for moreeeee years to come.
I don't wanna sound self righteous, but they say change starts within one's self. I have been trying to drive responsibly for as long as I can remember. But I still have to see improvements on the streets. But hey, I could be wrong.

Bus, simply because of their sheer size. The others can easily be avoided while the bus simply blocks all lanes.

Buses.
That or tatakbuhan ka. Naalala ko dati may bus na nakabangga ng kia pride na car sa may edsa. tanggal yung roof ng kia and yung mag-asawang sakay ng car dead on the spot. kawawa naman yung mga naiwan. at yung driver? ayun tinakbuhan yung crime scene. tsk..tsk...
Buhay na buhay ang BGC this evening. Bukas halos lahat ng restaurants. Sabi pa nung isang cashier...
Traffic!
