Have you ever dealt with a fixer in LTO before? This is regarding any transactions whether you are re-newing your license, applying for a new license, or registering your vehicle....

For me I have to admit and say YES. In fact besides application for a new license way back when I was in 4th year high school, all my re-newals I have to say I arranged with a fixer. I know its bad, but for me I am willing to give up some money to make the process faster. I can get my license re-newed in 10 minutes whilst if I took the proper procedure it could take an hour or two and who has that kind of time these days? Same thing for registration, I also deal with fixers to hasten the process.....

Before when LTO wasn't computerized yet and renewing a license would take almost the whole day. Now I do it without "kakilalas" since LTO has become so efficent in the license renewal process.

Yung una kong DL (years ago) sa LTO main (East Ave. ba?) pa ako kumuha. The next day balik kami, ok na. Pero resibo lang muna nakuha namin. Then after 3 months, ID na.

and I think the "talahib" is not a fake DL, but rather a fake traffic ticket...I assumed na since mahaba ang traffic tickets eh kaya they call it that...

yep, kahit masama man magpatulong sa fixers i did it when i got my first nonpro. hirap kasi sa east ave nung time na yun daming tao and it took forever for the first step pa lang. kaya yun binigay ko sa fixer then ayos na 5 mins may resibo na ko (hindi pa computerized LTO).

pero now hindi na talaga, konting time na lang ang renew license and reg ng car kaya no help na... tip na lang sa mga stencil boys.
