Yup!!
If you watch even in their anime, and some korean movies that's what they do cos they are cocky bastards.. That just shows those police are cocky bastards cos no one complains against them to their department
heads, that's to their chiefs folks.
I say get their names, plate numbers, and complain them! In case you encountered one, or knew someone who did. As a good citizen, for it is our job
I agree. They are one cocky - useless bastards. They oughta be fired, and hire the goods ones.
Yeah. We shouldn't look up to those kinds of attitudes. Gayahin natin ang hapon, parang military society ang culture nila. Disciplined.
Though there are some Japanese who are scum of the society too, but they are only very few, because the society looks down on them, they are being peer pressured not to do bad things else they wont respect nor go near them at all. as in pati anak nila mahihirapan mag karoon ng friends and especially job.
Yes. We as a Filipino citizen shouldn't tolerate these things. And even if it doesn't affect us, as a good community and citizen we should report these kinds to their respective department heads or government offices concerned. But with proper evidence and research of whom to approach of course.
Tama. Do not forget to complain to the obudsman or to their respective heads if not higher than them.

Those escorts are worthless anyway so ok lang na paglaruan sila. You can buy one for 1k or 2k.

Methinks the Battle of Carthage scene in Russel Crowe's Gladiator (yr. 2000) is a homage to that...
