WE usually comes up short in the prosecution. Dismissals for technical reasons, etc. Kon ma-convict man, very lenient sa punishment.

Criminals would have a heyday repeating their actions.... hindi natatakot. Dito maraming palusot or pinapalusot.

Tingnan mo na ibang bansa nahuhuli.. What a shame.!

Episodes like these makes vigilantism attractive to get justice. And yes hindi tayo tanga. What our society needs are a strong-armed yet benevolent people that would band together to curtail the abuses sa mga salot ng lipunan. Banish them to infirmity. Struck fear not to commit crime.

This is but one sad consequence of the profligate leadership of GMA.

She has set a bad example by travelling with a large retinue of
congressmen, cabinet ministers, and their wives, even if most of them
are not essentially needed for the trip. They are booked in five-star
    hotels complete with shopping galore.

As such, every government official from ministers, bureau chiefs, and
military and police officers expect the same kind of "extravagance"
    when they travel abroad.

That's why leadership by example is very important. What we need
is a no-nonsense president imbued with simplicity and compassion
who will not needlessly squander the people's money.

It is the president who sets the "tone" of government and everyone
    else will follow suit.

That's how Governor Spitz of NY was brought down. He was caught sending money anonymously to a prostitute.

May instant report agad!

    Senate report: Euro generals ‘guilty’

MANILA, Philippines—The Senate committee on foreign relations has found the entire Philippine National Police delegation to the 77th Interpol General Assembly in Russia guilty.

In a draft report signed by its chair Sen. Miriam Defensor Santiago, the committee recommended the criminal prosecution of the eight-man PNP delegation for graft, malversation of public funds, and violation of the anti-money laundering law and banking rules.

In what was perhaps the fastest legislative investigation conducted in the Senate, the committee also recommended that PNP Director General Jesus Verzosa and Interior Secretary Ronaldo Puno be subjected to preliminary investigation for violating government travel restrictions

matindi talaga ang galit nya kay Puno. Being in the administration side, i dont think she will acting that swiftly if Puni is not involved.
