I think in other countries, modifications w/in the rules so it is deemed STREET LEGAL. I think we all heard of this term. The DO also affects motorcycles.... Yippee!

Di tulad sa mga kotse iisa ang itsura ng bawat modelo kaya pag may nabago alam na modified.
