oie, another fan here. LOL ^_^
nagpatint ako dito sometime last quarter of 2008, 3M BC20 (reflective chrome)... nasobrahan luto(heat gun) ng installer nila yun corners(curve areas) ng tint sa front and rear windshield ('97 4door sedan). Nagdiscolor kase, visible sya on certain angle lang - sa malayo hindi naman halata. Alam nyo naman tayong mga car enthusiast (not to mention ka OC OCan ko, hihihi), bumalik ako ang talked to the lady owner and showed my complaint, ayaw nya ipa-warranty, tsk. So ayun dahil wala pa sa ugali ko maging irate (goodboy pa dati e), tumalikod na lang ako and charge it to experience. AND NEVER KO NA SILA nirecommend for TINT installation to my friends. hehehe
my two sentimong ekspiryens...

Wala kang point. Kakairita ka!
IMO, kung mapagkumbaba ka pa at immediately inayos mo imbes na kunwari kapang satisfied at loyal customer (pa post post mo dito) hindi na sana to humaba.
We are all reasonable men here. It pays to be humble and for sure marami rami kapa magiging friends o customer for that matter.

simple solution for minor mistakes that can be solved outright but what makes it worst is the rude, arrogant and misbehaved conduct of business people there, what a way of doing it

Yung ibang shop kasi mayayabang and may motto na 'good publicity or bad publicity is still publicity'. Baka ganun din sila.
Oh well, for the past week madami dami din nagtatanong sakin where to buy this, where to buy that, etc.
Hindi ko naman dineretso na huwag dito sa shop na topic natin kumuha. Pero sa iba ko naman nirecommend. It's their loss I guess.
Hindi naman ako prinsipe pero pag pumasok ako sa ibang shop like HOT ROD in Banawe eh yung mismong may ari pa ang tumatayo para mag-greet kahit madami siyang assistant na pwede naman mag-asikaso sakin. And nung minsan nagkamali siya ng basa ng code at na-underprice yung singil sakin, I offered to pay kung ano yung kulang (mga Php200 petot lang naman) pero sabi niya siya daw nagkamali so ok lang. And to think hindi naman ako sobrang kilala ng may ari ng shop na iyon. Pero para sa ibang thread na ito. I'm just illustrating na hindi naman kailangan maging *sshole ng car accessory shops para kumita kahit papano.
