    Hindi ba may Republic Act na kung sino lang nag issue na license siya lang may right mag confiscate neto?

    Yes, they are allowed kasi may kanya kanyang city ordinance ang bawat local natin. Naging hot topic na rin ito sa blog ni James Deakin and apparently, every city has its own ordinance. Kumbaga law overceeds existing law. Bet niyo?

    ah ganun ba yun? pwede ang local ordinance mag supersede sa national law? di ba ang normal ay local law dapat ay hindi lihis sa national. parehas lang na lahat batas pambansa ay dapat according sa constitution.

    Iba-ibang lugar may iba-ibang penalty fee pa. Labo talaga dito sa Pilipinas.

    Pasay LGU has higher fines than MMDA. I guess no one questions this in court...
