Okay, let's set the record straight.
As for my post. I was frankly very surprised at your initial reactions. I would like to clarify that I wasn't trying to create my own rules. The red text (about lambasting the LTO) was still about your overly sarcastic reaction to Fireblade's comments. I fully understand that a) there's nothing wrong with you lambasting the LTO and b) the complaints about your posts are all about the sarcasm and rhetoric. However it didn't occur to me that you were only trying to defend your opinion (not your language) in all the high ambient blood pressure. It only became clear to me now, and it seems that my post has become OA if not outright stupid. If my post caused any misunderstanding, I'm sorry about that.
As for my attitude. I admit I did lash out a bit of an OA reaction myself. I understand now and I'm also admitting my mistakes. I intended to use the red text as an underscore (using your negative opinion about the LTO as a medium), but it turns out there was overflowing rhetoric and sarcasm as well. I guess I need a bit of that Isdaan resto myself. Please accept my apologies for this one too.
Peace.Last edited by Alpha_One; October 24th, 2006 at 09:27 PM.

All's well that ends well...
But woods may be right...try calling their hotline, antagal sumagot (kung merong sasagot).
Personally, when renewing my driver's license and registration, may mga LTO offices na mabagal at meron ding OK ang serbisyo. I can vouch for Head Office (East Avenue), mabilis at magalang. But they really should get rid of the fixers.
