Non Pro License 1 year lang?

Guys,

Nag apply sister ko ng non pro license sa lto laspinas, nag tataka lang ako bakit good for one year lang un, meron bang ganon?

ako din po 2 years eh, septemeber 2009 po ako kumuha.

well, whether it's 1, 2, or 3 years, you should have been billed appropriately. if you have 1 year only, your bill should have been 1/3 of the 3 year license, ++ the other incidentals.

There is no such thing as 1 year valid only 3 years, and so it is impossible for your so called suggestion though logical....

pag new non-pro, 2 years ata...tapos succeeding renewals 3 years na. ganun sakin.
