We have dozens of laws about proper road and vehicle use. Unfortunately , only a quarter of them are being implemented properly.

Kaya nga,- hindi kulang sa batas ang Pilipinas (Legislative),
- kulang sa implementasyon ng batas,- Executive Branch ng gobyerno iyan!!!

is it illegal to change the color of the plate number light... nusted na kasi yun gisa sakin tapus nung bimili ako may nakita ako color blu.. so yun binili ko para "cool"... late ko lang naisip na baka bawal... so mga sir ask ko bawal po ba?
