    So does the TMG or MMDA let you go if you have a less than 7 day old Invoice?

    Etong araw lang na ito, nakakita ako ng 6 brand new vehicles na walang plaka along EDSA.

    Yesterday at around 4 PM, I saw a team of TMG alond EDSA in front of VV Soliven Shopping Complex. They had a sign "No Plate, No Travel" Policy. They were pulling over vehicles with no plates. There was one vehicle that didn't stop and their mobile car pursued it.

    Also, at around 6 PM along Ayala Ave (near Hotel Intercon), I saw yellow boys pulled over a brand new Honda Civic with no plate.
