Most trucks of that configuration have five axles. But the bulk of the load is carried by the last four axles, the front axle is usually just for steering. To be safe just multiply 13.5 by 4 instead of 5.

Malabo nga. But what the MNTC states is the absolute limit per axle. So theoretical iyan.
The rule has more to do with properly distributing your load so that the force exerted on the road does not exceed set limits.
Of course, different vehicles have different load limits.
