The police officers should still follow protocols in the rules of engagement, that's what it's there for. When I did part-time job at LA SWAT for half a year we always implement maximum tolerance and we use submachine guns MP5 as our first weapon of choice and not assault rifles. That's why the "guy with the big gun" is never on the front line, he's the backer. The only time we implement assault rifles is when there's already a report na armado at namamaril na yung mga criminals usually its an AK47, AK57 or an Uzi(for those street thugs.)

Also, when I saw the footage, why shoot 3X using an M rifle?? We implement a double tap shot. Also, we are taught to wrestle the gun rather than engage in an all out shootout. I'd prefer throwing a concussion/flashbang grenade at them or better yet to taser them. The military can afford them kasi mas mahal ang rifle ng di hamak kaysa sa mga non-lethal weapons na yun but I guess they chose the more fatal alternative.

Like I mentioned before, hyper mode sila parati. That's why I refuse to train here baka ma adopt ko yung pinoy form of "tactics."

    i agree.....

    kailangan ba barilin kaagad?

Kaya nga meron tayong tinatawag na rules of engagement......

Did you also notice na point blank range sila mamaril!? When we do a point blank shot our intent is to kill OR maybe there was a chance na biglang binunutan rin siya ng baril ng criminal so the officer was left with no other option except to kill the "criminal"...

I didn't even hear them shouting out warnings against the "suspects/criminals" bago nila gawin yung "tactical" assault.

Rubout. Let me quote Martin Lawrence from the movie Bad Boys 2, "dead suspects can't talk."

Nakakatawa kasi ina-analyze ko what happened.

And to their surprise, bang bang bang.

Ayan. They knew the risk bago pa nila pasukin ang hanap-buhay na ganyan.
