Marami talagang abusado lalo na pag aminado ka na ikaw ang may kasalanan. Kaya dapat magpakumbaba ka nalang sa kanila at makiusap kung pupuwede na doon nalang sa accredited shop ng Insurance mo sila magpagawa/magpaayos.

Hassle talaga kung magpupumulit sila na dun sa "preferred" shop nila sila magpapaayos (for any reason). But you have to deal with it since hindi rin naman aabot sa ganyang abala kung hindi rin dahil sa aksidente na ikaw ang dahilan.

Pakiusapan mo nalang TS. Next step jan is yung follow-up. Tulungan mo nalang sila magfollowup. Oo, tama na dapat wala kanang involvement dahil insurance mo na dapat mag-asikaso. Additional tulong mo nalang sa kanila para mas maramdaman nilang sincere ka sa pananagot ng mga damages na nagawa mo sa sasakyan nila.

walang deductible na pinaguusapan dito...hinde rin insurance ng Kia Pride and magbabayad insurance ng TS.

To TS, nakahinga ka na ba ng maluwag? It's your responsibility and you must face it, again, charge to experience, alam mo na ang gagawin mo sa susunod o puwedeng maipayo sa iba.

ipera mo na lang tapos papirmahin mo ng quitclaim and release waiver (releasing you and your heirs from all and any claims regarding this incident). Once nakapirma na sya don, tapos na ang usapan (wala ka na problema). Sya na lang kamo magpagawa.

Grabe naman overpricing yan. 10K? LOLOLOLOL....eh diba you can buy a KIA pride for 30k lang? It's actually a pretty good car for its price.

yung signal light baka wala pang 500 yan or 1000 since super lumang model na yan. 1990s pa ata yan e. Natural surplus ipapalit mo kasi di naman bago na-damage mo e.

yung bumper repair, mura lang siguro yan.

Example: I know of an incident wherein a Santa Fe crashed into a BRand NEw, 5day old L300FB. Its corner signal light, bumper and one panel (head) got crushed.

3,500 lang yun hiningi ng owner and the insurance paid him the full amount. BRAND NEW yun ha. five days old pa lang.

Anyway, good luck. I hope makapag-settle both parties nang walang lugi pareho.

that guy is a jerk and opportunist. Do not offer anything, I know easier said than done, just tell him to talk to your insurance agent - after all it is their job.

And yes have a quit claim signed by him. Just be ready with a good lawyer in case this goes to court. But very unlikely cos it will cost him more than 10K lols

What are the options for the TS? If he refuses to pay the 10k, will the Kia Pride owner drag him to court for 10K? Magkano gagastusin niya for lawyer's fees and court fees? Baka lumampas pa ng 10k.

I believe lalagpas yan pag nagkademandahan pa. Bukod dun, malaki ring abala. But you also have to consider this: minsan yung mga naagrabyado gumaganti yan sa ibang paraan. Kaya as much as possible isettle nalang ng maayos.

sigurado talo yun owner ng Kia Pride pag nangyari yan the TS was never refusing to settle his obligation naman eh, pinasok niya sa insurance niya so walang mali sa ginawa niya at hinde siya tumakbo, the fact na meron claim sa insurance company means willing siyang bayaran yun accident.
