when the wheel is clamped, it still does not cater to the raison de etre for not allowing parking in the area..
the clamped vehicle still causes traffic build-up. more so now, because it can not be driven away anymore..

Thats true hopefully the car clamp will also be available at ibenta.com.ph . They are already clamping cars even if there is no parking signs and there is city hall collector in the area. But if a generic key is available, its much better to buy the key for clamp instead.
