just to add my 2 cents.. it has been mentioned that the quality and road worthiness of some cars and trucks on the road is not up to the standards that other first world countries, that have higher speed limits.. to add lang i think our licensing system is also not on par with these countries.. kaya for me tama lang yan 100kmph sa skyway.. if we want to drive like the americans and australians. then we should have their licensing processes implemented also..
