i already sent a demand letter to union motors paco last december for replacement of unit but denied it, what they want was just go with the warranty. so i hired a lawyer.
*vinj- right now i dont care. all i want is to have my brandnew unit.
If seatbelt was a fraud, maybe some of its part might be a bogus too!
Get the serial # just incase that you will demand a replacement, maybe they will just replace the seatbelt & return back to you saying its the car replacement.
awts. ganu katagal na ang unit mo sir?
pwede daw ba ma replace sabi ng lawyer mo sir?
actually, since i bought it dated aug 2010, before the 1000km check up i already complaint the ff defects: blurred headlights, inefficient wiper, discoloration of door hinges and stricker, crack-like discoloration on remote control of sterio attached to steering, white stained on hood panel, black stained on mudguard.
only one headlight had been replaced and repainting of hood panel. other concerns, no action had been done.
Ouch, thats really hurtz!
A piece of advice to all brand new car recipient, they have checklist & double check it before receiving the unit.
may i ask, how you found out the seatbelts were old (circa 1998)? and how you found out the seatbelts were defective?
Ang Union motors at Peak motors sa edsa-roxas blvd and smoa ay iisa lang barasubas.
minsan may mga bagay na di natin pinapansin, dahil maliit lang. but in this case it happened to be a big thing. it is clearly stated on the safety seatbelts tag mfg. dates and vividly shows yellowish discoloration to brown because the strap supposedly cream in color.
more than one year mo na pala gamit ang unit tingin ko hanggang sa warranty ng parts nalang puwede nilang ibigay sa unit mo.
