May nasampolan na kahapon. Wala sya sa gitna. Nakatabi sya sa ilalim nung fly-over sa may Kamuning 'ata yun. He got a ticket (P 200) tapos eh parang may P 800 pa for towing. I saw the interview of BF late last night.

Oo, pwede yun. Pero don't you think fellas na another avenue for corruption ito?

    * OTEP

Ang mahirap minsan dun sa emergency bay eh pag-bus or long-vehicle ang naka-park: no room to park your vehicle anymore.

Though pansin ko lang these traffic enforcers are strict on private vehicles than PUVs. eh mas maraming kapalpakan ang PUVs.

hmmm... i'm aware that the law should be implemented impartially but could this be due to the fact that there are more private vehicles than puvs? (i.e. last i know, the ratio was about 80:20)

    or both?

Having a flat tire is a crime???Ang tinutumbok dito hindi yung pagkakaroon ng flat tire kundi yung obstruction caused by a vehicle because of the flat tire.
