    Follow your boss.

Just tell her that you have reported the accident to your insurance and that it would take care of the repairs. Give her the insurance contact person and number.

Pwede ba siyang tumanggi? Pwede, pero wala naman siyang magagawa. She wouldn't sue you for just P2,500.00

Actually, kahit sino pwede tumanggi for certain reasons like, abala at assurance na masa-satisfied yung may ari sa gawa ng shop na pagdadalhan ng car, lalo na at hiram pa pala yon ng nasabitan mo. It's a matter of mutual agreement na lang bet the two of you.

2.5t is actually just about right, kc depende rin sa klase ng paint yan minsan.

kung ang tanong is pwede ba nyang tanggihan yung offer niyo to have it repaired through insurance, of course the answer is yes. it doesn't matter whether she has a valid reason or not.

what i'd suggest is that you keep reasoning with and at the same time start the ball rolling with your insurance company. ask them what their requirements are and get them together. better still if the insurance company would talk to the other party.

they can't force you to fork over the P2,500. kung gusto nilang mag-file pa ng kaso, it's their prerogative, but in the end, it will be the insurance company who will still pay for it anyway.

If she does agree, you will have to make a note for you and her to sign stating the conditions of the agreement, like only your boss will pay and no cash will be accorded to her. This way you will be protected from any further "nuisance" from her hehe.

    Ay Women!
Clarification lang hehe. The woman (driver) was cool. It's the owner (guy) that's asking for the money. Hehe.

Nung magasgas yung MB100 namin a month or two ago, Php2,000.00 per panel lang ang singil. Two panels involved.

I guess you have an idea how big one panel on an MB100 is. Pwede mo na ngang gawing blackboard sa school, eh.

Ang gumawa ay Paintronix. The shop that won sa Megamall a year or two ago.

Yung bumper ng Starex early this year nasa Php1.5k lang ang binayad ko. Repaint brand new bumper (so prep and prime pa nila) plus repaint bullbar na din kasi may scratches.

Php2.5k. Hijack na iyan. Idaan niyo na lang sa insurance kung makulit talaga. Para insurance na kumausap.

You need to consider that it was your fault, you were the one who hit the car behind you. Legally, you can insist on having the car repaired instead of giving the money but ethically it's another story.

You are only obliged to restore the vehicle back into it's pre-crash condition. Besides, your vehicle is a company vehicle and you have to abide by company policy in the settling of such cases.

    Ethics works both ways, btw.

siguro mas mainam kung pareho kayo nung owner nung naatrsan mo na pumunta sa mga shop tapos canvass kayo. kung ok at nagkasundo kayo sabihin mo kayo na lang magshoulder ng expenses sa pagpapagawa
