It is not up to you to enforce the speed limit. The passing lane is a passing lane and the faster vehicle has the right of way. Even if I'm doing 140kph++ running lights and siren and a sports car is rapidly closing in behind me, I would still let it pass. Hindi naman contest iyan. Just let them through. But I also expect the same courtesy from vehicles that are slower than me.
