ma'am next time na mangyari sa inyo ito, tawag kayo sa MMDA 09209389875 and 09209389861, ask for an inspectorate, and while at it, report niyo din names ng mga kumag na MMDA, kung more than 1 enforcer ang huhuli sa inyo, bawal yun, bawal sila magkumpulan pwera na lang kung may legit na special operations sila. Isang tawag lang katapat ng mga yan.

As per update: Saw three PNP's this Friday parked in front of the bank fronting Isuzu Alabang with a vehicle in front of them having his plate's last number at 9. If yun yung binabanggit ng TS, then I suppose it's PNP and not MMDA. Ang sarap though i-apprehend din kasi yung isa sa kanila naka-motor tapos walang baong helmet.

Madrigal Business Park, Alabang Town Center, Filinvest, including the stretch of Commerce Avenue are within private properties, so huwag pumayag pa ticket or cite for coding (be it PNP,MMDA,Traffic Enforcer or Security Guards).
Except along Alabang ZApote Road which is a national road.

Muntinlupa residents are given courtesy (waived off) as far as coding is concerned and within the city. I believe this also true in Las Pinas? If you have a frienship sticker?

i really dont know if it is waived for LP residents. May friendship sticker pa din ako, pero nasita ako one time.

how about Paranaque may 10am to 3pm window ba sila or 7am to 7pm na din ang coding dito? Planing to go there today kaya lang coding kasi oto ko... Tenks!
