i wanted to share the sentiment. actually, if it is legal to kill a MC rider- i would not think twice i'll do it. but sadly, it is illegal to do so.
last month 06/06/07, i was traversing along EDSA towards Monumento on a rush hour when i had an encounter with such a stupid MC rider. honestly, i could not fathom their brains- if and only if, there is any. anyways, i'm at cruise speed about 60-80 kph, in the inner most lane when the rider simply swerve and merge without looking, which cost my DMax a paint job on my RR passenger door, chrome plated door handle, my tire cap and a tire. the mor*n was visibly shaken- he's quite lucky- he's alive though he is, for sure bruised- physically from the impact. i wish he'd learned his lesson.
and just this morning 07/06/07, while i'm bound to Ortigas Center via Ortigas flyover, another one nudged the rear of my Civic at cruise speed of 60-70 kph. i'm wondering though, i was the single motorcar traversing the flyover at that moment and my rear was nudged twice- the first one, right in the middle of the bumper (i think this is because of tailgating) and the second one was in the right side. i'm not quite sure how the hell happened- the MC seemed to appear from nowhere.
after the first impact, which i barely noticed except for the unmistakable 'thud' following a skid, i became aware of the contact- but i was quite surprised when the m*rons didn't bat an eyelash and attempted to evade but hitting the right side of my bumpers before running out of control and stumbling. when i saw the MC stumble, only then i proceeded to my destination.
what the hell gives? 2 incidents in 1 month!
we ought to do something about these garbage. they are hazards on the road. if not totally reduced then at least have an ordinance that would prohibit these MC from major throughfares and have heavy penalty for every violation they commit. the best of it, in case of an incident, the motorist should not be liable especially if the accident involves a MC to motorists.

Of course, as if walang nangyari at dire diretso lang yung mc.
Most of the time kinakabog naman, prumepreno, baka dahil mukha akong ex-con?

regarding sa proposal ng MMDA, may nakita akong nag-comply kahit di pa pasado. you know what, effective sya. mas madaling makita ang plaka. ayos nga e.

In fairness meron namang tumatabi pag sinabihan mo (flash, tap on horn, etc).
I've had my fair share of these goons, isa pa yung mga tricycle na ang kukulit at palaban. Was making a left turn when I saw a trike coming my way from the right (going the same direction I'm going to turn into). So I slowed down enough to let him pass safely. No point in arguing with those goons. Not worth my time.
Wait let me edit my point above, sana si Bone Crusher na lang ako!

This is where the likes of Bayani Fernando can be seen. Too bad some people do not think that if BF can think of this for MC riders, what idea may he have for cage drivers? Ian Rex, would you agree wearing a shirt or baseball cap inside your car bearing your plate number? Or you being required to paint your plate number on your car doors? smart isnt it? Criminals use both cars and bikes right?
Its just sad you belong to one group who thinks that cage drivers should have more privilege. Instead of thinking how the problem can be resolved without putting the other in shame, you chose to be just like BF. I am a rider and a cage driver as well. I guess that is one reason I respect both.Last edited by fireblade; July 8th, 2007 at 01:24 AM.
